When accessing support it can be confusing and finding the right support for you is very important to your process. The BACP is the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. When a counsellor is a member of the BACP it ensures a standard of practice which keeps you safe in your process. Please ensure this is something that you consider when accessing support. You can contact the BACP for further information, with help finding a counsellor and to submit complaints.
